Marco Faraone & Arado - Do It

sitting here listening to various tech/house tracks...wishing i wa s back in Ibiza and not infront of a computer with shit loads of emails to catch up on....only taunting myself further with things like Loco Dice at Pacha youtube clips...then further abusing my brain by finding out he is playing Pacha NYC this friday with Nic Fanciulli.....*sinks into deep depression*

The reason for this Marco Faraone bounce is simply this...I took my merry self to see Luciano twice at ibiza openings and both times he dropped Marco's remix 'Tribute to Somebody That I Used To Know- Gotye' and both times it went off. Now the track itself is rinsed....and i happened to have been lucky enough that i recieved a Gotye demo of it ages ago...but, when a track like this is remixed so well and when everyone knows the lyrics..its hard not to enjoy it. I found myself singing along with the rest of the crowd "somebody that I used to knooowwwww!"

Sunless '97 Heaven Below

Stumbled across Sunless '97 today. Loving the purposely shabby production on their tracks. So many wrongs in this, make it perfectly right. Massively soundscapey, dreamy and unique. Whispery vocals that sit on every 'S' like a student protest and bumbling background haze that gives the song meat.
